What makes your guest experience special?

I am a big listener! Before I begin any service, I ask a variety of guestions - big and small - in order to make sure my guest and I are on the same page with what is expected by the end of the service. I strive to deliver a comfortable experience in my chair and my goal is to provide confidence and beauty to every guest I have the honor of servicing.
