EARNING POINTS - We'll give you 200 points for your first visit, and 300 points for reserving your 2nd experience. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in services, 3 points for every $1 you spend on home care products, and 2 points for every $1 spent on gift cards. Earn 500 points for writing a review on Facebook, Yelp or Google, or for sending us a referral.

REDEEMING POINTS - 2000 points is worth $20. You can redeem your points in $20 increments at any time once you accumulate 4000 points (females) and 2000 points (males.)

Image Is… Salon uses a pricing level system for our service providers. There are two main goals that are accomplished with our level system. The first is to provide our team with a career path of growth and achievements. The second is to provide several options for our guests to choose from in order to fit their specified needs as well as their budgets.

On our Team page you can read about each service providers’ specialties as well as their personal bio. It is important that you know that their level of creativity and knowledge is not necessarily related to their years of experience. Each team member receives promotions based on several factors: education, guest retention and overall guest satisfaction. All of our service providers receive or attend continuing education throughout their entire career at Image Is… Salon.


We schedule appointments according to our service providers availability and specialties. Because every guest’s experience is important to us, we ask that if you are running late, please let us know (via text, email or call) and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service and in turn lessen your experience. Also, if you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we may have to reschedule.


In order to be respectful of the schedules of our service providers and our guests, please be courteous and call or text Image Is… Salon within 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another guest the possibility of securing an appointment that works with their schedule. Therefore, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not call or text and do not come to your appointment you will be considered a “NO-SHOW”.

If you fail to cancel (within 24 hours or less) or no-show TWO appointments, your client file will be red flagged. We will then need a valid credit card to secure any and all future appointments. Your credit card will not be charged unless one of the following occurs:

1. You cancel with LESS THAN 24 hours notice: Your card will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s).

2. You NO-SHOW for your scheduled appointment: Your card will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service(s).

Some exclusions apply and will be decided at the discretion of management.


For all new guests, a 50% deposit will be required for any service(s) scheduled that total $75 or more. This deposit will be held on your account and applied to your total once service is complete. This deposit is refundable should you need to cancel as long as 24 hours notice is given. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you NO-SHOW, your deposit will be forfeited.


To guarantee your stylist’s undivided attention for any of the above services, we may require your stylist to charge hourly pricing as opposed to our normal pricing structure. Your stylist will not be double booking during these services so that they are able to focus solely on you. Services like these can often take anywhere from 4-8 hours and we want to ensure that we are able to take all the steps needed to achieve the desired results while preserving the integrity of the hair. Your stylist will discuss the estimated steps and time anticipated during your required in person or virtual consultation. Our hourly rates range from $60 to $80 depending on the level stylist and a 50% deposit will be required to secure the appointment. This deposit total is determined by estimated time required times hourly rate, divided by fifty percent.

Services included in the hourly rate pricing:

  • 15 min complimentary consultation prior to appointment
  • All prepping & strengthening treatments necessary to maintain optimal hair health
  • All chemical services (glazing, coloring, highlighting / balayaging, root melts & toning) needed to obtain the desired look
  • Olaplex & bonding treatments, reparative treatments and deep conditioning treatments post chemical services
  • Blow dry & curl / flat iron style (haircut not included but is always recommended to compliment a color service)


Each service has its own separate pricing. This allows for prices to be compensatory for its time and value in the salon. For any questions regarding a price for your service it is best to inquire with your service provider directly.


We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Gratuities are not included in the price of your services and are greatly appreciated. We request that you extend all gratuities in cash, Venmo or Tippy (credit card tip w/ small fee).


It is our mission that every client who visits our salon leaves feeling beautiful. Should your services not meet your expectations and you are unsatisfied, we ask that you contact the salon within 48 hours. We will happily provide a complimentary fix or alternative solution to rectify the problem within two weeks of the service. Due to the nature of our industry, and that all services require time, we do not issue refunds.
