What's your favorite thing to do on a day off?

One of my favorite things to do on my day off is to spend it with friends, maybe do lunch at a new restaurant. If time allows, a little shopping is always nice.

What's an item on your bucket list?

I would love to have something I have written to be published. If one person reads what I wrote and they laughed or smiled or it touched their soul; I'd feel that I accomplished something in life!

What do you love most about Image Is Salon?

What I do love about Image Is Salon is its cheery decor. The staff is extremely talended and most of all the caring atmosphere of the employees and the owners; not only for the team but for the clients as well. The team makes everyone feel welcome. It becomes a second family.

What makes your guest experience special?

I am the first person the client has contact with when they enter the salon. I want them to see a smiling happy person who is going to start their experience on a positive note. It is important to me to be able to answer their questions, and make their appointment in a timely, professional maner. When they check out, I want them to feel that their every need has been meet and they are pleased with their visit and look forward to their next!
